What is the difference between Mobile Car Care and Car Experts?
Mobile Car Care comes with its own filtered water and silent power, so you don't need a tap or plug point near your car. A Car Expert brings the tools and cleaning products but uses the water and power at your parking spot. If you're not sure which fits, message us and we'll suggest one.
Do I need to arrange water or electricity?
Not for Mobile Car Care. For Car Experts, please make sure a water tap and a plug point are within reach of your car. When we book you, we ask about this so the right team is sent, subject to availability.
How do I book?
Tap any Book button to open WhatsApp. Choose your service, your car and a time slot, then pay the advance to confirm. You'll get a confirmation on WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
How much do I pay upfront?
₹99 for Mobile Car Care and ₹100 for Car Experts. It reserves your slot and is adjusted in your bill. You pay the rest after the service is done.
Can I cancel and get my advance back?
Yes, if you cancel 2 hours or more before your slot, or if we have to cancel for any reason on our side. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the slot, or nobody is available at the address when the team arrives, the amount may be kept because the team has already travelled to you. How long does a wash take?
It depends on the package and your car. Each package on the prices list shows its usual time, from under an hour for a quick wash to 3–4 hours for a full interior deep clean.
Is the staff verified?
Yes. Our team members are Aadhaar-verified and trained before they are sent to customers.
Which areas do you cover?
Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi NCR. We regularly serve societies such as Wave City, Wave Executive Floors, LandCraft Golflinks, Chiranjeev Vihar. Message us with your society name to check your slot.
